Below, in summary, the information about how to register. Before proceeding with the registration, please read carefully the complete “Regulations“.

1. CATEGORIES THAT CAN REGISTER:

1) Italian and foreign athletes who are members of clubs affiliated with FIDAL and compete in the “Juniors”, “Promising Talents” and “Seniors” categories (from SF-SM to SF95-SM95 and beyond).;

2) foreign athletes who are members of foreign federations affiliated with World Athletics

3) Italian and foreign athletes who are members of a club affiliated to a Sports Promotion Body (in athletics) approved by FIDAL for the 2027 season, with an Italian Runcard EPS. They must be at least 20 years old (2007) and in possession of a Runcard EPS and of a medical certificate for competitive athletics.

4) Italian and foreign athletes, who reside in Italy, in possession of a Runcard Standard. They must be at least 20 years old (2007) and in possession of a Runcard Standard released by FIDAL (info@runcard.com) and of a medical certificate for competitive athletics.

5) Italian and foreign athletes, who do not reside in Italy, in possession of a Runcard Standard. They must be at least 20 years old (2007) and in possession of a Runcard Standard released by FIDAL (info@runcard.com) and of a medical certificate for competitive athletics.

IMPORTANT – Both the Runcard and the medical certificate must be valid on the day of the race. The participation shall nevertheless be subject to the presentation of a medical certificate for competitive athletics that is valid in Italy. Foreign athletes can present a medical certificate issued in their own country, as long as it complies with the diagnostic tests required by the Italian law. The original certificate, with signature and print of the certifying Doctor, must be shown to the event organisers.

6) Italian and foreign athletes who are members of FISPES (the Italian Paralympic Sport Association) according to FIDAL/FISPES protocol.

Since November 2019, simultaneously to the competitive Stramilano Half Marathon, it is now possible to organize a non-competitive race, not under the aegis of FIDAL, only for foreigners (without membership and medical certificate) with tourist-sporting goals.

Only those who do not hold Italian citizenship are to be considered ‘foreigners.’ Italian citizens residing abroad, even if registered with A.I.R.E., cannot access this quota, as they retain Italian citizenship.

Participants in this non-competitive race will have to register online, and at the time of collecting the race pack they will have to deliver the following liability waiver form previously printed and signed. They will start in the starting sectors of the competitive race, but wearing dedicated bibs, they will be listed in a alphabetical order of arrival, with their times, distinct from the Official Stramilano Half-Marathon ranking.

2. WHERE, WHEN

The Event Organizer may, at its sole discretion, anticipate the closing of registrations or accept registrations after the scheduled closing dates. Registrations will not be accepted on the day of the event.

3. HOW MUCH

Individual registration fees

  • € 35 – from June 15th to September 30th 2026;
  • € 40 – from October 1st to November 30th 2026;
  • € 45 – from December 1st 2026 to January 31st 2027;
  • € 50 – from February 1st to  March 12th 2027;
  • € 55 – from March 13th to March 18th 2027;
  • € 55 – from March 13th to March 20th 2027 (only at Stramilano Center, Milan, Duomo area).

The registration fee do not include any service charges applied by the companies that process the bank transfer or the online transaction via credit card.

VIP PASS LIMITED EDITION, until March 7th 2027, € 100 – exclusive entry including the following benefits: priority bib collection at the Stramilano Center, personalized bib with name, access to the 1st starting sector with the top runners, invitation to the two official Stramilano press conferences with the possibility to take photos together with the champions, reserved bag storage, Stramilano wind jackets and keychain.

Club registration fees
Clubs that are affiliated with FIDAL or a FIDAL-approved Sports Promotion Body (with Runcard EPS), that register a minimum of eight athletes in the on-line designated area, can take advantage of the following reduced fee pro-athlete:

  • € 30 – from June 15th to September 30th 2026;
  • € 35 – from October 1st to November 30th 2026;
  • € 40 – from December 1st 2026 to January 31st 2027;
  • € 45 – from February 1st to March 18th 2027.

IMPORTANT: the registration fee will not be refunded in any circumstances or for any reason.

REGISTRATION CHANGE:

Organization provides the opportunity to transfer the registration fee to another registered athlete / to move to the Stramilano 10/5 km 2027 / or to the Stramilano Half Marathon 2028 edition, exclusively by March 7th 2027, in the ways indicated in the official regulation.

4. COLLECTING BIBS AND RACE PACKS

From March 13th to March 20th 2027, registered athletes can collect their race packs and bibs between 10:00 and 8:00 at the Stramilano Centre, Temporary Structure in Duomo Area, Milan.

ONLY Registered athletes who reside outside the Province of Milan, and are unable to collect their race packs and bibs on the above-mentioned dates, can collect them also on Sunday March 21st 2027 between 6:30 and 7:45 at the Stramilano Centre, Duomo, Milan. To avoid any unfortunate misunderstandings, the actual place of residence of those collecting the bibs will be checked.

IMPORTANT: For those registered online from March 13th to March 18th 2027, collection at the Stramilano Center is allowed starting one hour after purchase.

The race bib and race pack can also be collected by proxy through a representative of your company or your delegate, provided that they are in possession of the documentation required by the Regulations.

The original copies of the certificates and membership cards required must be presented when bibs are collected.

Registrations of athletes who do not collect their race packs by 8 am on March 21st 2027 will be cancelled.
