Stramilano FAQs: the answers to your questions
Dear runners, as you know, Stramilano will not be take place on the scheduled date of March 22nd. We are waiting to define a new date with the Municipality of Milan and FIDAL, i.e. the Italian Federation of Athletics.
In the meantime, below we provide some answers to your most frequently asked questions about the event and the registrations.
Q: Why does Stramilano no longer take place on March 22nd 2020?
A: Dear athlete, following the serious health situation and the related containment measures for COVID-19, Stramilano, scheduled for March 22nd 2020, has been postponed in accordance with the provisions of the Public Authorities.
Q: Can I get the refund?
A: We are sorry, but as stated in the Regulations, which each participant read and accept during the registration process, refund of the entry fee is not possible.
Q: I do not want to wait for the new date in 2020. Can I postpone my registration for the next edition?
A: Yes, but we remind you that, as per the Regulations, this option is valid only for the Stramilano 21,097 km and it has a fee of € 10. Just follow the appropriate procedure provided on your Enternow account.
Q: When will you communicate the new date?
A: The calendar of national competitions is currently being revised. When the health emergency will be over and we will have more details, we will immediately notify you on our official website, Facebook and Instagram.
