On Sunday 23rd March 2025, Stramilano Running Club S.S.D. a r.l. is organizing two fun runs in Milan: the 10 km Stramilano and the 5 km Stramilanina.

REGISTRATION
Participation
People of all ages and ability levels can take part in the two events. There are no restrictions.

Registration fee
The registration fee is € 18.00. The money will not be refunded in any circumstances.
Everyone who registers will receive a Stramilano pack containing the official medal, Stramilano t-shirt, a numbered bib, a magazine, useful information, programs, sponsor gadgets and daily membership with a Sports Promotion Agency.

Opening/closing of registrations:
a) ONLINE registrations:

• payment by credit card: from opening to 20th March 2025
• payment with PayPal: from opening to 20th March 2025
• payment by bank transfer: from opening to 9th March 2025

b) Registration at the Official Registration Points: from 1st to 22nd March 2025.

c) Registration at the Stramilano Centre: from 15th March 2025 to 23rd March 2025.

Registrations will still be closed when the registration bags are exhausted.
The Organizing Company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to anticipate the closure of registrations or to accept registrations beyond the scheduled closing dates.

How to register
a) ONLINE: on the www.stramilano.it website. Payment by credit card (VISA or MasterCard circuit), PayPal, Bank Transfer (to be made by 9th March 2025).

b) At the Official Registration Points: by delivering the registration form signed and completed in all its parts and paying the registration fee in cash / credit card. After the purchase it is necessary to activate the registration on the www.stramilano.it website. The list of official registration points shall be published on the website of the event, on posters and leaflets.

c) At the Stramilano Centre (Piazza Duomo): delivering the registration form signed and completed in all its parts, paying in cash / credit card the fee from 15th to 22nd March 2025 from 10 am to 8 pm and on 23rd March 2025 from 6.30 am to 10 am. After the purchase it is necessary to activate the registration on the www.stramilano.it website.

Places will only be awarded while registration packs last.
The event organizer may choose to end the registration period earlier or accept registrations after the planned closing dates, at its own discretion.

Activation of the subscription
Registration in the Points of Sale and at the Stramilano Centre must be activated by connecting to the website www.stramilano.it in the section: Races, Stramilano 10/5 Km, How to participate. This activation is mandatory for insurance reasons.
Only online subscribers do NOT have to go through the registration activation procedure.

Important

The registration form of a minor person must be signed by a person exercising parental authority.
Subscriptions paid and not collected by 12 am on 23rd March 2025 will be canceled and no refunds of any kind will be given.

COLLECTING REGISTRATION PACKS
Registrations made on-line
Participants who have registered themselves on-line, can collect registration packs by taking a copy of a confirmation email to the “Online Registrations/Booked 10-5 km” area of the Stramilano Centre, Piazza Duomo, Milan:
– from Saturday 15th March to Saturday 22nd March 2025, between 10 am and 8 pm;
– Sunday 23rd March 2025, between 6.30 am and 10 am.

For those registered on-line from 15th to 20th March 2025, collection at the Stramilano Center is allowed starting one hour after purchase.

Registrations at Official Registration Points and at the Stramilano Centre
The registration packs will be handed over at the time of registration and payment.

START AND FINISH
STRAMILANO 10 km – The run starts in Piazza Duomo and winds its way through the city streets shown on the 10 km Route map. The place of arrival is Arco della Pace. It will start at 9.30 am and all participants can move at their own pace, although they must finish by 1:00 pm.
STRAMILANINA 5 km – The run starts in Piazza Duomo and winds its way through the city streets shown on the 5 km Route map. The place of arrival is Arco della Pace. It will start at 10 am and all participants can move at their own pace, although they must finish by 1:00 pm.

REFRESHMENTS
STRAMILANO 10 km – There will be refreshment stations on Viale di Porta Vercellina and after the finish line.
STRAMILANINA 5 km – There will be refreshment stations on Via Marina and after the finish line.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
The first aid service is prepared and approved by A.R.E.U. (Azienda Regionale Emergenza Urgenza- Regional Emergency Urgency Company) in accordance with the DGR 2453 of 7th October 2014 of the Lombardy Region concerning the “Health Organization during events and scheduled exhibitions”.

RACE RESULTS
The event is a non-competitive run, so no race results will be given.

ABOUT IMAGES ACQUIRED DURING THE EVENT
As reported in the Personal Data Protection Policy of Stramilano Running Club S.S.D. a r.l. on the data transmitted for signing up to Stramilano 10 km and Stramilanina 5 km, during the sporting event, photographic images and videos will be acquired and used by Stramilano Running Club S.S.D. a r.l. for informational purposes of the various moments of the event itself, on the Stramilano website, on the event’s promotional material, on social media and trade press. Both photographic images and videos will be stored in IT archives by Stramilano Running Club S.S.D. a r.l. and by External Data Processors, duly authorized by the latter.

DISCLAIMER, ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATION AND PRIVACY POLICY
By registering for the Stramilano 10 km and the Stramilanina 5 km, the participant and/or the parental authority (in case of minors) state: to have read and, consequently, to know, to accept and to respect this Regulation; to be physically fit for the characteristics of the event; to register voluntarily, to be aware that the event takes place on the streets of the city, to be aware that, being in free rhythm walk, I freely decide the pace to be used; to assume all the risks deriving from my participation in the event such as: falls, contacts with other participants, spectators, with vehicles or other contacts; hot/cold, rain/wet weather conditions; traffic and road conditions, risks well known and evaluated by me. Participants must comply with the Italian Highway Code.
For those registering to the sporting event by filling out the on-line form via www.stramilano.it website, the Privacy Policy referred to Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data is published here, while for those who sign up using a paper form, it can be read on the same form.

CANCELLATION
If the race is cancelled and/or does not go ahead for reasons beyond the control of the organizers and/or despite their wishes (including if the relevant public authorities retract their authorization), registered participants will have no right to make any claims against Stramilano Running Club S.S.D. a r.l. or other joint organizers and no right to reimbursements for any past or current expenses. By signing a registration application, they waive the right to compensation and/or damages and/or any claims for indemnification and/or settlement for any past or current financial loss.

CHANGES
At any time, in order to improve the organization of the event and/or for reasons of force majeure, the organizers may alter this Regulation . Details of any changes to the times, services and locations will be provided for participants on the official event website: www.stramilano.it
